The last shipping date for Christmas 2023 will be on the 15th Dec 2023. We will then be closed until Wed 3rd of January.

We will still be accepting orders, but won't be processing them until we start back in the new year. Please bear with us, as we will work our way through any backlog of orders at the beginning of the new year.

We use the Royal Mail for orders within the United Kingdom.

In the unlikely event of delay or loss of your order by a courier, we will not be held liable under any circumstances for consequential loss resulting from third-party actions but will always do our utmost to help in these circumstances.

We dispatch all orders (excluding out-of-stock items) every Thursday once confirmation the funds for your order have been cleared.

Whereas every reasonable effort is made to meet our anticipated delivery dates, OMSE shall not have any liability for any damages, incurred costs, or loss of income sustained by any client due to delays in the production and delivery of their job by OMSE.

If you refuse a shipment from OMSE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to OMSE. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

We gladly accept returns of unworn/unused or defective merchandise for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on omse.co within the United Kingdom, send us an email about the item in question within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval. Emails should be sent to hello@omse.co.

Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.  

We kindly ask you not to post a return to us without contacting us first.

OMSE reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.

If you are shipping an item over £50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If we don't receive the item, without this, we can't refund or exchange the item if it gets lots in the post.
